MGAC Leadership Governance

1.Safety & Liability
Safety is our highest priority in all activities, facilities, and member/guest interactions. MGAC will maintain and adhere to strict safety protocols and best practices to protect the club and its participants. Safety & Club Liability considerations must be addressed as part of any proposal.

2.Member Experience

Our Members are the majority owners of the club. We must ensure club decisions are considered in the context of the advancement of the broader membership experience, growth, and development.

3.Best Interest of the Club

Operating within the best interest of the club shall be viewed in the context of: Fiscal Responsibility & Sustainability; Membership Growth & Development; Liability & Legal Compliance; Facility Investments; and Member/Guest experience.

4.Fiduciary Responsibilities

•The MGAC Officers and Board of Directors are committed to uphold and accountable to meet the fiduciary responsibilities of the Club. This includes, but is not limited to: Duty of Care; Duty of Loyalty; Duty of Obedience; Duty of Financial Oversight; Duty of Confidentiality
