As a lifelong supporter of responsible gun ownership and a staunch defender of our Second Amendment rights, I am eager to bring my proven leadership experience and hands-on, results-driven approach to guide our beloved club into the future.
With an executive career leading global teams of 1,500 employees across five continents, building and scaling startups, and advancing non-profits, I understand the importance of honoring tradition while driving sustainable growth.
My leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in a customer-first mindset, ensuring that every member, volunteer, and stakeholder is at the heart of a thriving and well-run organization. By blending tradition with an entrepreneurial mindset, I look to preserve what makes our club great while seizing new opportunities to improve, expand, and strengthen our future.
As president, my commitment is to lead with strong operational discipline, accountability, governance, and core values, while placing our staff and volunteers at the tip of the spear of delivering results for our club and membership.

As the premier FL destination for firearm and archery shooting sports, where enthusiasts of all ages, skills, demographics, and geographics come together to build confidence, strengthen their knowledge, and celebrate their freedoms protected by the Second Amendment. Through top-tier facilities, expert instruction, and strict range safety management practices, MGAC will set the standard for excellence in responsible, family-friendly shooting sports and community engagement.
What is your favorite feature of MGAC?
MGAC is a sum of all its parts! From its Membership, Volunteers and Staff to the range facilities and shooting disciplines. With the right leadership, focused on our Membership, MGAC has so much potential to become The Premier FL Destination for Shooting Sports
Primary Range Activities
Today: My shooting experience and formal training resides in Pistol, PCC Rifle, and Shotgun.
Future: I aspire to become proficient in Long-Range Rifle, Archery, and Multi-Gun shooting.
Volunteer Activities:
RSO (Pistol & Main Line) – Avg +16hrs/month
